Welcome to my website and to the world of holistic therapies, where you can experience true relaxation, rejuvenation, and revitalisation.
My name is Tracey Brown, and I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2011 with an ITEC Level 3 Diploma. My love for foot Reflexology inspired me to explore further, studying Spinal Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology, and Facial Reflexology.
With over 7,000 nerve endings in the feet alone, I became fascinated by how each organ and part of the body is reflected in the feet, hands, face, and spine. This fascination continues to inspire and guide my journey in holistic therapies today.
Reiki - Bromley Kent
I am a qualified Reiki Master Practitioner, and Reiki is very close to my heart. After completing Level 1, my curiosity and passion for this healing practice led me to Level 2, where I experienced incredible results. I then progressed to Master level and have been dedicated to Reiki ever since.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive therapy. You remain fully clothed while lying comfortably on a treatment couch, and I use my hands either lightly on or just above the body. The energy naturally flows to where it is most needed.
I am deeply committed to my practice and strive to create a welcoming, compassionate space. Whatever your concerns, you can expect to be treated with respect and care in my holistic therapy sessions.
